Kids writing workshop with Jennifer Maruno
This is one in a series of five Burlington Literary Festival writing workshops for children 8-12 led by popular Burlington children's authors.
Join local children's author Jennifer Maruno for expert advice on taking your writing to new heights with detailed descriptions. Discover writing rules to help you describe people, places, and things to perfection!
No one ever called them Bad Big Wolf or Red Little Riding Hood. It doesn't just sound wrong, it is wrong. Jennifer will teach you which order adjectives must follow PLUS how to create your very own descriptive words to add fun and meaning to your writing.
Come ready to learn and leave a better writer!
Funding has been provided in part by the Burlington Arts and Culture Fund.
